Unified Communications Infrastructure Deployments

Within the Microsoft 2009 Fiscal Year, Evangelyze Communications completed over 60 Microsoft Unified Communications professional services deployments including 48 Microsoft Voice Pilot and several Enterprise Lighthouse customer deployments.  Due to customer legal restrictions, we cannot list the actual names of these organizations although these organizations consist of several of the largest financial services/banking institutions in the world, healthcare and medical organizations, media and print companies, legal institutions, federal government and public sector agencies and organizations, and Evangelyze Communications deployed to the largest number of K-12 and Higher Education than any other Microsoft Unified Communications providers including several prominent universities across the United States. 

These achievements were recognized by Microsoft at the 2009 Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference in July 2009 as Evangelyze Communications was announced as one of the Top 10 Global Unified Communications Partners among HP, Dell, Nortel, Avanade, and a handful of others.

SmartChat

Springhouse Education and Consulting Services offers technology training and project management consulting. Springhouse worried that some visitors to its Web site might be in too much of a hurry to use the contact form to ask questions. The company also wanted to reduce response time for customers who did make contact. Springhouse installed SmartChat—a Web-chat application developed by Evangelyze Communications using Microsoft® ASP.NET—that integrates with the company’s existing Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 environment. SmartChat uses presence awareness and automatic routing to connect customers with appropriate company representatives to answer their questions. Salespeople receiving instant messages through SmartChat see customers’ browsing and ordering history. With the new solution, Springhouse has streamlined its sales process and improved customer service.

SmartSIP
